It's a simple act, really. Plunged beneath the waves, sins are washed away. The Holy Spirit comes to reside within. The promise of eternal life is secured. It is simple, but it never fails to fill me with awe and reverence. At the conclusion of camp last week, I was privileged to baptize Brianna Mausteller.
She who is young enough to be my daughter has now become my sister.
